Fear is a powerful emotion. On our own, it's hard to overcome. But are we on our own? Fear not, God is on your side.
Fear is a powerful emotion. It has the ability to overwhelm us. But when someone is caught in that stranglehold of overwhelming fear, is it helpful to simply tell them to stop being afraid? For most of us, offering that kind of advice just isn't likely to make things better.
On the other hand, God can offer that very advice with the greatest confidence. He has all the resources necessary to help you meet any challenge that may come your way. Fear not! God is on your side! He will give you the strength and help that you need.
Fear thou not for I am with thee: be not dismayed, for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee. Isaiah 41:10
